Adult Spine Fellowship

The Department of Neurosurgery at Duke offers a one-year, CAST-accredited clinical fellowship in adult spine.

The fellowship focuses on training spine fellows in the diagnosis and treatment of spinal disorders for both adult and pediatric patients. The fellowships aim to equip the fellows with the skills and knowledge to manage a wide range of conditions, from degenerative diseases and trauma to deformities and tumors. The fellows will gain experience in both operating rooms and clinical settings. This will surgical techniques like open and minimally invasive procedures, as well as the use of advanced technologies such as navigation and robotics.
